Budget Advocacy

• CA AANHPI Higher Education Student Achievement: $16 million million for California Community College and California State University ($8 million per school system) to create an AANHPI Student Achievement central statewide office with full-time staff and administer funds to CSU and CCC campuses to create a culturally responsive on-campus student support program specifically for low-income, underserved, first-generation AANHPI student to increase higher education retention and attainment.
