Closed Session

 At any time during the meeting the Commission may meet in a session closed to the public to consider the matters listed below pursuant to Government Code section 11126, part of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act.

Public Participation 

This meeting will include both open- and closed-session portions. Members of the public may attend and participate during the open-session portions of the meeting. Public comment on an agenda item will be taken when that item is called. For the closed-session item, members of the public will have an opportunity to provide comment before the Commission convenes in closed session. The public may not attend or observe the closed-session discussion.

Following the closed session, the Commission will reconvene in open session and report any action taken, including the disclosure of any votes, as required by law.

In addition to public comment on noticed agenda items, the Commission provides an opportunity for members of the public to address matters within the Commission’s jurisdiction that are not listed on the agenda. The Commission may not discuss or take action on matters not included on the noticed agenda but may refer them for future consideration
